Brooklyn started kindergarten!! The other day I was walking her to school and she saw all of the kids playing at recess. Saying she freaked is an understatement. I calmly explained that she was not missing recess but these were older kids playing at lunch. Then she looked at me and with all the concern a 5 year old can muster said, "But Mom, then I am missing learning!" I think I can safely say she likes school. I hope she never stops loving to learn; I just hope we can find answers to all of her questions.
